Purchased items will be dispatched by EMS, within 2 business days of the order and delivered up to 7 business days of the shipment from Israel, according to the information and terms of the Israeli Post Office services. The buyer assumes any and all duties including custom costs for orders shipping outside of Israel, should be paid on his behalf, if there is such a demand. In such a case, the buyer will be notified in advance, should additional charges need to be made.
Israel
Purchased items can be received by 3 options:
Local pickup – will be ready in our store in Tel Aviv up to 1 business days.
Standard Shipping – items will be delivered up to 14 business days.
Express Shipping – items will be delivered between 2-4 business days.
We at Fiocco Nero, will do our best to deliver your purchase as fast as possible and in the safest shipping method. Returns.
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. Return shipments exceeding 21 days of shipment will not be accepted. When returning goods do not fold or package in any way that could damage packaging or the product itself. When returning goods by mail, please ensure that you specify the reason of return (for customer service optimisation) and order number by e-mail to info@fiocconero.com . Please include your receipt in the return package and make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Shipping costs will not be returned, unless a one-time change in shoe size.
